EXPORT PROCEDURES THROUGH SEA PORTS AND CUSTOMS POINT

(A) When exporting any commercial commodity outside Sudan, the following documents must be enclosed:

1. Form EX issued from any commercial bank containing quantities and value of goods according to export

prices specified by Ministry of Commerce.

2. Valid sales contract between the exporter and importer.

(B) When exporting fruits and vegetables the following documents must be enclosed:

1. Document (1) and (2) mentioned above in (A).

2. Certificate from the General Administration of Plant Protection Ministry of Agriculture.

3. Certificate from agricultural quarantine office in the Airport.

4. Certificate of quality from the general Authority for Measure and specification.

(C) For Meat export the following documents must be enclosed:

1. Documents (1) and (2) mentioned in (A) above.

2. Health Certificate issued by veterinary Authorities in the concerned slaughter house.

(D) For export of live animals and Lambs the following documents must be enclosed:

1. Document (1) and (2) mentioned in (A) above.

2. Certificate of free from disease issued from Ministry of Animal Resources.

(E) For export of skin and leather the following documents must be enclosed:

1. Documents (1) and (2) mentioned in (A) above.

2. Certificate of leather selection from the concerned tanary.

3. Health certificate from veterinary Quarantine.

4. Certificate of quality from the general Authority for measures and specifications.

(F) For export of Karkadi and sesame the following documents must be enclosed:

1. Documents (1) and (2) mentioned in (A) above.

2. Health certificate from Health Quarantine Unit.

3. Certificate from the General Administration of Plant Protection-Ministry of Agriculture.

4. Certificate from the Sudanese Standards and Metrology Organization (SSMO).

(G) For export of Fish documents required:

1. Documents (1) and (2) mentioned in (A) above.

2. Certificate of fishing from the Sea Fishing Administration.

3. Health certificate from the General Administration for Meat and Quarantine.

4. Quality certificate from the Sudanese Standards and Metrology Organization (SSMO).

(H) For export of scrap iron the following documents must be enclosed:

1. Document (1) and (2) mentioned in (A) above.

2. Certificate of quality from the Sudanese Standards and Metrology Organization (SSMO).

(I) For export of Minerals the following documents must be enclosed:

1. Documents (1) and (2) mentioned in (A) above.

2. Certificate of quality from the Sudanese Standards and Metrology Organization (SSMO).

3. Certificate from Ministry of Energy and Minning-Geology section.
