Sudan Trade Point

Sudan Trade Point Is part of World Trade Point Federation that currently links  over  100 Trade Points throughout the world  via the  Internet, to    exchange business opportunities and to co-operate in Trade development initiatives, both within specific geographic regions and also world wide. Sudan Trade Point an advanced Technological Trade Facilitation centre, supervised by Ministry of Foreign Trade, serving Sudanese investors and businessmen with international trade related services. Sudan has made stride to open (7)seven trade point branches under operation in the productive states with sizable commercial  activities.

What is a Trade Point
An  assistance  centre  for  small  and  medium enterprises  providing  trade  facilitation  services  and guidance on a comprehensive range of trade topics; A source of trade-related information offering traders data on business and market opportunities, potential clients and suppliers, trade regulations and requirements etc. using the latest e-technologies A gateway to global networking: the Trade Point network accelerates the interchange of strategic market information. Timely access to reliable data potentates

business  opportunities  for  SMEs  and  contributes  to leveling the playing field in competitive markets. A support structure built up around a chain of trust to help SMEs through the complexities of the export process and accelerate e-access.

 

Objectives

  • International exposure of member-companies through the web pages of the World Trade Point Federation (WTPF).

  • Posting of offers to buy and sell in the ETO system (Electronic Trading Opportunities) of the WTPF website.

  • The provision of trade-related information and trade facilitation services.

  • Registration in the WTPF´s Global Trade Directory System.

  • Organization of trade seminars and special events, trade missions and participation in trade fairs, organization of business cooperation events.
